BookMate is free for 14 days, then needs a monthly subscription. The price (currently €5 a month) is shown in Google Play before you subscribe. Billing runs through Google Play and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Your data stays safe if you stop paying, and you can export it.
BookMate helps you organise records and estimate VAT figures. Categories, VAT rates and claimable amounts are suggestions, including those from OCR or optional AI help, and may be wrong. You are responsible for checking them with your bookkeeper or accountant before filing with Revenue.
You own your records. You can invite bookkeepers and remove them at any time. See the privacy policy.
If you add your own Anthropic API key, usage charges from Anthropic are yours and Anthropic's terms apply.
Do not misuse the app or try to access other people's books. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, VIP Tech is not liable for losses from errors in records, figures or filings.
