DealDrop terms of use
DealDrop (‘the app’) is a classifieds app published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Using DealDrop
You must be 18 or over to post ads. Keep your login details private and make sure the information on your account is accurate. DealDrop is a platform where people advertise and talk to each other; we are not a party to any sale or agreement between users.
Ads and fees
Standard ads are free. Optional paid upgrades, such as featured ads, are shown in the app before you pay and are billed through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Dealer accounts are activated by us and are free for now; we will tell you before that changes.
Your ads
- Only post items you own or are allowed to sell, described honestly, with your own photos.
- Do not post anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous, including weapons, drugs, adult content, scams, or other people’s personal data.
- No spam, repeated ads or misleading prices.
- You give us permission to show your ads and photos in the app and on our website so they can be seen.
Moderation
We may remove ads, suspend or ban accounts and act on reports without notice if these terms are broken or to keep users safe. You can report an ad or user in the app.
Staying safe
Meet in a public place, check items before you pay and be careful of requests to pay in advance or outside the app. We cannot guarantee that any item, buyer or seller is genuine.
Service and liability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VIP Tech is not responsible for items, deals or disputes between users, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and law
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
