Delete your MessageMate account
MessageMate is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. You can ask us to delete your MessageMate account and the data we store about it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email viptechviptech@gmail.com with the subject Delete my MessageMate account.
- Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name or business name, and trial start date.
- Your linked mobile number and the internet messages stored in our database.
- Team inbox conversations copied to our database, if you used Team inbox.
What stays
- Text messages (SMS) and everything else stored only on your phone. They stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- Your Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you.
- Records we must keep by law, if any.
