Delete your CalendarMate account
CalendarMate is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. You can delete your CalendarMate account and its data at any time.
How to delete
Email viptechviptech@gmail.com from the email address you use with CalendarMate, with the subject 'Delete my CalendarMate account'. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also remove data yourself at any time: delete tasks and bookings in the app, leave your business in the Team tab, disconnect Google Calendar or Outlook, or uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your phone.
What is deleted
- Your CalendarMate login (Google or Microsoft sign-in link).
- Your profile and business membership. If you own a business, the business and all its jobs and photos.
- Your Google Calendar / Outlook connection and its access key.
What is not deleted
- Events already in your own Google Calendar or Outlook – they are in your account; delete them there if you want to.
- Subscriptions – deleting your account does not cancel a CalendarMate Pro subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Google Play may keep purchase records as required by law.
