CalendarMate terms of use
CalendarMate (‘the app’, previously called TaskMate) is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Plans
- Free: the calendar and tasks on your own phone.
- Pro: a monthly subscription, free for the first 7 days for new subscribers. Pro adds the extra features shown in the app, such as team sharing, photos, phone contacts and calendar sync.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew monthly until cancelled. The price is shown in Google Play before you subscribe. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged.
Your information and your team
You are responsible for the jobs, bookings and customer details you enter, and for having the right to store them, including meeting your duties under data protection law. If you create a business, you decide who joins your team and what they can see. Please only add people who need access.
Calendar connections
Connecting Google Calendar or Outlook is optional. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in your Google or Microsoft account.
Reminders
Reminders depend on your phone’s notification and battery settings. Do not rely on the app alone for deadlines where a missed reminder could cause serious harm or loss.
Service and liability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VIP Tech is not liable for indirect or business losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and law
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
