FormNest terms of use

FormNest (‘the app’) is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. FormNest is an independent app and is not affiliated with Google LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Plans

FormNest is free for the first 7 days. After that, a monthly subscription is needed to keep using it. There are no ads in any plan.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew monthly until cancelled. The price is shown in Google Play before you subscribe. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged.

Your Google account and forms

FormNest works with your Google Forms using the permissions you give when you sign in. You are responsible for your forms, for the questions you ask and for collecting and using answers lawfully, including telling people how their answers will be used. Deleting your FormNest account does not delete your Google Forms.

Optional AI features

The AI features only run when you tap them and use an API key you provide, so charges from that provider are yours. AI results can be wrong, so check them before relying on them. Do not use the AI features on answers that contain sensitive personal data unless you are allowed to share them with that provider.

Service and liability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on Google’s services. To the extent the law allows, VIP Tech is not liable for indirect or business losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and law

We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
