Delete your InvoiceMate account
InvoiceMate is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
Option 1 – in the app (instant)
- Open InvoiceMate and go to the Business tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 – without the app
Email viptechviptech@gmail.com from the email address you use with InvoiceMate, with the subject 'Delete my InvoiceMate account'. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your login (email address and password, or Google sign-in link).
- All businesses, clients, invoices, attached photos and online invoice links.
- Your notification device token.
What is not deleted
- Backup files you saved to your own Google Drive or phone – they are yours and are not affected.
- Subscriptions – deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Google Play may keep purchase records as required by law.
