InvoiceMate terms of use
InvoiceMate is published by VIP Tech, Dublin, Ireland. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Plans
- Free: 1 new invoice per week and 1 business. Old or imported invoices do not count. All invoice layouts are free.
- Pro: a monthly subscription after a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Includes unlimited invoices and businesses, opened notifications, automatic payment reminders, customer statistics and weekly Google Drive backup.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including VAT rates and amounts, and for complying with the tax rules that apply to your business. The app is a tool and does not give tax or legal advice.
Service
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Opened notifications depend on the client opening the online link. We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
